Jim Baich is the founder and owner of MAD Capital, a holding company of private commercial real estate and mid-market operating companies. Prior to MAD, Jim was Chief Operating Officer at both Advanced Drainage Systems and IGS Energy, both billion-dollar companies. He was also the former Chairman of the Board of Tri-W Group (formerly W.W. Williams) and advisor to Team Fishel and US Bank.
John Crotty is the founder and owner of Crotty Capital, a holding company of private mid-market operating companies. Prior to Crotty Capital, John a CPA (currently non-active), started his career at Ernst & Young followed by director level positions at Fifth Third Capital Markets and Huntington Capital Corp. He is currently on the board of several privately held companies.
Brent Miller is the founder of Slate Run Investments, a holding company of private operating businesses and real estate investments. Prior to Slate Run, Brent was a principal at Lifestyle Communities, and oversaw +$2 billion in real estate assets. Prior to Lifestyle, Brent was a partner at Bricker & Eckler LLP. He currently serves on the Boards of Tri-W Group (formerly W.W. Williams), Nationwide Energy Partners and Armada Power LLC.
Ryan Kelly has over 20 years of experience in leading manufacturing operations with up to $1B in revenue and 2,500 employees worldwide. He served as Chief Operating Officer at both Metal Technologies and Rea Magnet Wire. At both companies Ryan improved global operations, developed high performing teams and drove operational excellence. He has also successfully integrated multiple acquisitions throughout his career.
Paige McCarthy joined Trailhead Brothers after years of diverse financial experience including roles in corporate finance, venture capital and private equity. She was most recently a Senior Analyst at Tri-W Group focusing on operating company acquisitions. Paige graduated summa cum laude from Miami University and started her career at L Brands.
